Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and ship full-stack features spanning database schemas through user interfaces.
- Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews.
- Contribute to technical decisions involving the stack, frameworks, and system design.
- Maintain and improve coding standards, documentation practices, and deployment processes.
- Use AI coding tools and agentic workflows in daily development and identify valuable AI product capabilities.
- Translate product requirements into well-scoped technical solutions and communicate technical risks.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and non-technical stakeholders in a remote-first environment.
- Support a small, fast-moving team by addressing bugs and other technical needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong, current full-stack skills.
- Proficiency with modern JavaScript or TypeScript frontend frameworks, server-side development, relational and/or NoSQL databases, and RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and CI/CD pipelines.
- Practical experience using AI coding tools such as Claude, Copilot, or Cursor.
- Strong ownership, communication, collaboration, and execution skills in an evolving product environment.
- Preferred experience contributing through a major release or growth inflection point.
- Preferred background in recreational vehicles, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Familiarity with modern observability, security practices, or infrastructure-as-code is preferred.
