Base Salary

$158k - $205k/yr

Responsibilities

Partner with Product Owners to define and scope technical solutions at project initiation.
Design and architect traditional enterprise platforms and Agentic AI systems.
Build rapid prototypes and proofs of concept using Python, Java, Claude Code, and Google Gemini.
Lead technical discussions with business leaders and engineering teams.
Ensure solutions integrate securely and efficiently with healthcare and data governance platforms.
Develop solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance healthcare services.

8–10+ years of IT experience across solution architecture, systems analysis, and software engineering.
Hands-on experience architecting or building solutions using AI, Machine Learning, or LLMs.
Proficiency in Python or Java.
Strong understanding of modern cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Deep understanding of modern and traditional enterprise architecture.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Data Science.
Healthcare or pharmacy benefits management experience is a major plus.
A master's degree is preferred.
