Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize software solutions and applications.
- Analyze and solve software engineering problems using scientific methods.
- Apply software engineering practices across research, design, development, and maintenance.
- Work independently in highly complex environments and take responsibility for substantial technical activities.
- Supervise or guide the technical and administrative work of other software engineers.

- Contribute to recruiting and developing people.
Requirements
- 5+ to 10 years of software engineering experience, as indicated by the job title.
- Experience mastering all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Strong Java full-stack software engineering experience.
- Ability to operate independently in highly complex environments.
- Ability to manage difficult and complex situations professionally.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and understanding of business and commercial objectives.
- Ability to supervise or guide other software engineers.
