Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and enhance custom applications using Pega Platform.
- Translate business and stakeholder requirements into technical software solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues while improving application efficiency and user experience.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions across teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert and help manage team performance and decisions.
- Lead process-improvement efforts and explore new approaches and technologies for application development.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication.
- Integrate applications with enterprise systems and databases.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Pega Platform.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues.
- Ability to work with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Competence integrating applications with enterprise systems and databases.
