Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications and Workday integrations to meet business requirements.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions.
- Configure and troubleshoot Workday integration tools and technologies.
- Apply data transformation, mapping, and validation techniques to maintain data integrity.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, collaborate with multiple teams, and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Lead process improvement efforts and provide solutions across the immediate and wider team.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to support project alignment and timely delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- Proficiency in Workday Studio and Workday Core Integrations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration design principles and best practices.
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting Workday integration tools and technologies.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and create technical integration solutions.
- Familiarity with data transformation, mapping, and validation techniques.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable integrations.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
