Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency.
- Run the end-to-end quality engineering function with a focus on automation, control, accuracy, and data integrity.
- Analyze complex systems and troubleshoot automation issues.
- Integrate automation frameworks into continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Monitor and report on automation metrics to support continuous improvement.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team execution, and make team decisions.
- Lead process improvements, implement best practices, mentor junior team members, and coordinate cross-functional activities.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation is required.
- Experience with automated test script design and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot automation issues.
- Familiarity with integrating automation frameworks into continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
