Responsibilities
- Design and build production-ready AI applications and systems using LLMs, generative AI models, and cloud AI services.
- Develop and deploy scalable, reliable AI models and optimize AI pipelines for production environments.
- Apply deep learning, neural network, conversational agent, chatbot, and image-processing techniques where appropriate.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team execution, and make decisions for the immediate and broader teams.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to align AI initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience is required, including at least 7.5 years of experience with Large Language Models.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs) is required.
- Experience designing and implementing AI applications using cloud AI services and on-premises infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of generative AI models and their practical applications.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Ability to develop and optimize AI pipelines for production environments.
- Healthcare Utilization Management, Agent Development, and AI & Data Strategy are preferred skills.
