Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, train, and evaluate machine learning models across various AI initiatives.
- Run rapid, iterative experiments to test hypotheses and improve models.
- Collaborate with researchers and engineers to translate academic advances into production-ready systems.
- Build and maintain robust ML pipelines for data ingestion and model training.
- Optimize model performance through fine-tuning and architecture experimentation.
- Contribute to a culture of rigorous experimentation and share findings with the team.
- Stay current with developments in ML and AI research and identify application opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with 5+ years of experience.
- Deep hands-on experience training and evaluating ML models, including language models.
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Familiarity with MLOps tooling and infrastructure like MLflow or Kubeflow.
- Solid understanding of modern NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning techniques.
- Ability to move fast without sacrificing rigor in prototyping and productionizing.
- Excellent communication skills to present results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
