Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and optimize software components and scalable data pipelines.
- Use Databricks to develop data analytics solutions, workflows, and distributed processing systems.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
- Act as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead software development best practices to improve productivity, code quality, and system performance.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and performance-tune complex software systems.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience with distributed computing and big data processing frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and optimize scalable data pipelines and workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and integration of data analytics solutions.
- Competence in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of complex software systems.
- 15 years of full-time education.
