Responsibilities
- Consult enterprise customers on GPU infrastructure and AI platform usage.
- Lead customer onboarding, training, and early-stage implementation.
- Design and implement proof-of-concepts, including environment setup, data processing pipelines, and deployment workflows.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and tailored architectures.
- Support performance optimization, troubleshooting, fine-tuning, and validation of customer solutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across infrastructure, networking, automation, security, and AI services.
- Develop automation concepts to improve services, processes, and operating models.
- Apply reliability, scalability, and security best practices throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Support monitoring, observability, capacity planning, and GPU utilization optimization for AI workloads.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience designing and delivering systems based on IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
- Experience with GPU-based infrastructure.
- Solid knowledge of Kubernetes and container-based technologies.
- Expert knowledge of Python and Bash scripting.
- Expert knowledge of Ansible, SaltStack, Terraform, and Helm automation and deployment tools.
- Expertise in GitHub, GitLab, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, CI/CD, and repository management in Kubernetes environments.
- Strong Linux operating system experience.
- Experience with Grafana and Prometheus or comparable monitoring and visualization tools.
- English proficiency at B2 level; German is an advantage.
- Basic project management and leadership skills and intermediate quality management skills.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, teamwork, presentation, and negotiation skills.
