Responsibilities
- Lead customers and internal teams toward effective technical solutions for enterprise ERP projects.
- Design and oversee Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and legacy Dynamics AX implementations, including X++ development, integrations, ISV solutions, and enterprise application architecture.
- Evaluate, design, and integrate AI-powered capabilities such as Agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot, Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures, workflow automation, and AI-assisted software development.
- Support pre-sales activities, solution envisioning workshops, effort estimations, architecture reviews, and proposal development.
- Define technical standards, architecture governance, and best practices for emerging technologies and enterprise solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to architects, developers, and consultants.
- Collaborate with business leaders, enterprise architects, engineering teams, delivery managers, executive stakeholders, and project managers.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and legacy Dynamics AX implementations.
- Deep expertise in X++ development, solution design, integration patterns, and enterprise application architecture.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale ERP implementations with multiple integrations, ISV solutions, and complex technology ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of Azure, Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, DevOps practices, and enterprise architecture principles.
- Experience designing scalable, secure, resilient, and maintainable solutions aligned with business and technology strategies.
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence technologies, including Agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot, Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures, workflow automation, and AI-assisted software development.
- Strong consulting, stakeholder management, communication, relationship-building, organizational, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-oriented outcomes and bridge business objectives with technical solutions.
- Experience collaborating with business leaders, enterprise architects, engineering teams, delivery managers, and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to establish technical leadership, foster innovation and technical excellence, and guide teams on modern architecture, cloud technologies, and AI-powered tools.
