Responsibilities
- Lead customers and internal teams toward effective technical solutions for enterprise ERP implementations.
- Design and oversee Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Dynamics AX architectures, integrations, ISV solutions, and enterprise application ecosystems.
- Develop and evaluate AI-powered capabilities for ERP solutions, including Agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, workflow automation, and AI-assisted software development.
- Support requirements analysis, solution envisioning workshops, effort estimations, architecture reviews, pre-sales activities, and proposal development.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to architects, developers, and consultants.
- Define technical standards, architecture governance, and best practices for emerging technologies and enterprise solutions.
- Collaborate with business leaders, enterprise architects, engineering teams, delivery managers, executive stakeholders, and project managers.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and legacy Dynamics AX implementations.
- Deep expertise in X++ development, solution design, integration patterns, and enterprise application architecture.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale ERP implementations with multiple integrations, ISV solutions, and complex technology ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of Azure, Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, DevOps practices, and enterprise architecture principles.
- Experience designing scalable, secure, resilient, and maintainable solutions aligned with business and technology strategies.
- Experience with Agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot, Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures, workflow automation, and AI-assisted software development.
- Strong consulting, stakeholder management, communication, storytelling, and business-to-technical translation skills.
- Experience collaborating with business leaders, architects, engineering teams, delivery managers, and executives.
- Ability to mentor technical teams and establish standards, governance, best practices, and continuous improvement.
