Responsibilities
- Design high-performance, scalable CRM architectures and optimize digital platforms.
- Lead technical teams during CRM implementations and provide guidance and mentorship to developers.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.
- Review and approve designs and code while enforcing architectural integrity, coding standards, and best practices.
- Design and manage integrations across CRM, ERP, CDP, loyalty, database, and API systems.
- Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, debugging, and technical risk mitigation.
- Maintain comprehensive software architecture documentation and prepare technical reports and stakeholder presentations.
- Participate in project planning and estimation and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as a subject matter expert for client work and business pitches.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience designing efficient, scalable, maintainable CRM solutions and integrating multiple systems.
- Experience leading and managing project development in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Experience with version control, CI/CD tools, cloud platforms, containers, and DevOps practices.
- Ability to query databases for customer data extraction and reporting.
- Programming and automation experience with Apex, JavaScript, .NET, C#, or related technologies.
- Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, middleware, and enterprise system integrations.
- Expertise in GDPR, CCPA, CRM security best practices, and data privacy requirements.
- Experience with customer data segmentation, customer lifecycle management, personalization, reporting, and data analysis.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and guide junior team members.
