Responsibilities
- Define and drive architectural vision and target-state solution architecture across complex business initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Solution Management, System Architects, engineering teams, Agile Release Trains, suppliers, and external partners.
- Design and maintain the Architectural Runway, solution context, interfaces, integrations, APIs, deployment models, and non-functional requirements.
- Align architecture decisions across teams and programs while promoting reuse and reducing complexity.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and implementation alternatives in support of strategic business goals.
- Lead architecture workshops and design sessions with technical and business stakeholders.
- Support Program Increment Planning, Solution Demos, Inspect & Adapt sessions, and other SAFe ceremonies.
- Enable and improve continuous delivery pipelines through modern engineering and DevOps practices.
- Ensure compliance with security, quality, regulatory, and data governance requirements.
- Drive architecture decisions involving cloud platforms, integrations, data management, automation, and analytics.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout the solution lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or similar senior architectural roles.
- Experience working in SAFe environments and supporting Solution Trains and Agile Release Trains.
- Strong knowledge of TOGAF, API Architecture, SOA, and modern integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience designing solutions in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, APIs and integration platforms, microservices architecture, CI/CD and DevOps practices, data governance and protection, and security architecture.
- Experience in highly regulated industries such as Healthcare, Life Sciences, Medical Devices, or Pharma.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams and complex enterprise environments.
- Ability to balance business needs, technical feasibility, compliance requirements, and long-term sustainability.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken Spanish and English.
