Responsibilities
- Lead and coach Solution Architects and Consultants across South Europe.
- Oversee architecture design, proof-of-concept and pilot governance, deployment, delivery quality, risk mitigation, security, and requirements traceability.
- Guide teams in demonstrating business value, managing costs, and delivering complex solutions across customer portfolios.
- Partner with Sales, Project Managers, Account Teams, and customer executives on strategic opportunities, delivery governance, and account growth.
- Manage and develop the consulting practice through reusable intellectual property, automation, AI, communities, and thought leadership.
- Build trusted-advisor relationships with senior customer and partner stakeholders and influence Microsoft product and roadmap decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, with significant experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, or a technology domain.
- Hands-on contribution to AI-driven transformation initiatives in business process optimization or corporate IT environments.
- Experience leading large-scale digital transformation programs involving public-cloud adoption for application modernization or data platform strategy.
- Preferred experience includes Italian proficiency, technical sales, project management, complex customer project or portfolio management, multidisciplinary team leadership, and people management.
- Technical or professional certification in a relevant domain, such as AI, Azure architecture, or PMI, is preferred.
