Responsibilities
- Shape the technical direction and lead architecture for large-scale Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform programmes.
- Design end-to-end solution architectures, enterprise integrations, data architectures, security models, workflows and environment strategies.
- Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, architecture reviews, design authorities and governance activities.
- Establish DevOps, ALM and release management approaches while ensuring security, resilience, performance, scalability and availability.
- Advise senior client stakeholders on architecture, licensing, cost optimisation, disaster recovery and future-state platform strategy.
- Define reusable architecture patterns, standards, roadmaps and technical assurance practices across projects and teams.
- Collaborate with functional, technical, infrastructure and cloud architects, project leaders and client leadership.
- Mentor consultants and senior technical professionals progressing toward architecture roles.
- Explore and incorporate Copilot, AI and intelligent automation capabilities into Microsoft solution architectures.
Requirements
- Significant experience designing and delivering complex Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
- Experience operating at Senior Technical Consultant, Principal Consultant, Technical Architect or Solution Architect level.
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform and Dataverse.
- Experience designing enterprise integrations, APIs and data solutions.
- Strong Azure architecture knowledge.
- Experience with DevOps, ALM and environment management strategies.
- Knowledge of architecture governance, design authorities and technical assurance processes.
- Strong understanding of security, scalability, performance and resilience principles.
- Experience delivering solutions across large and complex programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience mentoring and supporting the growth of technical professionals.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications.
