Responsibilities

  • Support sales, scoping, business development, and professional services proposals for AI solutions in the UKI region.
  • Lead customer workshops to elicit use cases, develop solution architectures, build work backlogs, and contribute technical content to consulting statements of work.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to major UKI customers and collaborate with Red Hat teams and regional consulting organizations.
  • Develop reusable consulting solutions for common customer AI use cases and enable regional teams to deploy them.
  • Act as lead architect for complex and novel AI consulting projects, with authority over system design, implementation, and commissioning.
  • Travel regularly to customer locations across London, Dublin, and the wider UKI region.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or related role, preferably in consulting services or a software vendor services division.
  • Strong understanding of AI business value and the ability to position Red Hat AI Services as a catalyst for corporate strategy.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of predictive and generative AI models, model training, fine-tuning, alignment, MLOps, model evaluation, model serving, MaaS, drift, bias, explainability, guardrails, tool usage, agentic harnesses, model metrics, and observability.
  • Excellent knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, and the Kubernetes ecosystem in large-scale production environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise supporting professional-services sales, including statements of work, pricing, and large-scale proposals.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts and navigate sensitive political environments in global organizations.
  • Good understanding of the Open Source community and passion for open source technologies and collaborative development models are preferred.
  • Professional fluency in English and willingness and ability to travel within the UKI region.
