Responsibilities
- Conduct structured assessments to identify workflows suitable for AI improvements.
- Architect and build AI-powered solutions from concept to production.
- Act as a technical bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, ensuring integration and compliance.
- Develop internal tools and training to promote AI adoption across teams.
- Define standards for responsible AI deployment and ensure compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML solutions.
- Experience in conducting process assessments for automation opportunities.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and prompt engineering.
- Proficiency with AWS or equivalent cloud platforms.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or Java.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
