Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Translate client requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions following Litify and Salesforce best practices.
- Configure, test, and deploy declarative Salesforce solutions and platform extensions across full build cycles.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Solution Architects on client calls, discovery, and technical discussions.
- Conduct technical demonstrations for internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Migrate, cleanse, and map complex relational data using Salesforce data tools.
- Document discovery findings, system configurations, detailed test steps, and configuration best practices.
- Manage competing build deliverables across 2–4 simultaneous client projects.
Requirements
- Require 1–5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Consultant.
- Require advanced proficiency with Salesforce Flow, including record-triggered flows, loops, collection variables, subflows, and custom UI components.
- Require experience building custom objects, fields, page layouts, Lightning Web Page assignments, dynamic forms, and record types.
- Require hands-on experience with data migration, cleansing, and mapping for complex relational data.
- Require deep knowledge of profiles, permission sets, permission set groups, roles, and sharing rules.
- Require client-facing technical demonstration, requirements-gathering, collaboration, prioritization, and documentation skills.
- Salesforce certifications such as ADM-201 or DEV-401, legal-industry or law-firm technology exposure, and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.
