Responsibilities
- Collaborate strategically with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges.
- Analyze complex requirements and translate them into innovative, scalable, secure, and cost-effective technical solutions.
- Generate new concepts, principles, methods, and architecture approaches.
- Design and architect solutions using appropriate cloud, software, and enterprise technologies.
- Select, integrate, and evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to optimize existing systems.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Lead presentations and defend proposed solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with development teams during implementation.
- Mentor junior Solution Architects and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is required; a master's degree is a plus.
- At least 7 years of experience in solution architecture or a related technical role such as software development, DevOps, or systems engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in solution design and implementation, with expertise in a specific domain such as cloud computing or security.
- Experience with modern MarTech and customer data platforms, including analytics, CDPs, lifecycle marketing, and consent/privacy tooling.
- Strong understanding of event tracking, integrations, identity, and cross-platform data flows.
- Proven experience leading and executing complex technical projects.
- Broad technical expertise in cloud computing, enterprise architecture, and IT security.
- Strong analytical, strategic, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Solution architecture certification such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect.
- Experience with enterprise integration patterns, cloud platforms, microservices architecture, containerization, automation, and orchestration tools.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements such as CCPA and HIPAA.
- Ability to create and maintain architecture documentation and stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
