Base Salary
$120k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build automations and AI agents in customer Serval instances.
- Integrate Serval with customer systems including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, ServiceNow, and Workday.
- Run working sessions with IT, HR, Finance, and Legal teams to translate processes into buildable workflows.
- Create reusable automation patterns and teach customer teams to extend them.
- Partner with Deployment Strategists to meet customer milestones and identify delivery risks early.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a relevant role such as IT or service operations, professional services, solutions engineering, business systems, or technical support.
- Working knowledge of APIs, REST, JSON, and IAM concepts including SSO, SCIM, and provisioning.
- Strong communication skills for leading working sessions, challenging requirements, and explaining technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to learn unfamiliar software quickly and work independently across multiple customer accounts.
- Preferred experience in an early-stage startup environment, ITSM administration or migration, and IT, security, service management, or workflow automation.
