Responsibilities
- Own technical workstreams and execute use cases across multiple accounts.
- Drive activation and demonstrate value quickly at customer sites.
- Lead user sessions and deliver client-facing technical presentations.
- Build scalable solutions that can be effectively handed off to teammates.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation, technical consulting, or customer success.
- Proven ability to manage client-facing projects and own technical workstreams independently.
- Strong technical acumen for building solutions and leading demos.
- Experience managing multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent collaboration skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
