Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to develop territory, account, and campaign strategies.
- Understand customer requirements and security architectures across data center, cloud, and enterprise environments.
- Track and document sales-cycle activities that are the responsibility of the Sales Engineer.
- Lead proof-of-concept and proof-of-value engagements.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and customer conversations.
- Provide first-level technical support through the sales cycle and initially through implementation.
- Recommend new or improved products and explain their cost-effectiveness.
- Participate in the broader technical team and share experience and best practices.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of cybersecurity experience, preferably in endpoint cyber defense.
- Experience handling objections and positioning products against competitive technologies.
- Experience speaking to both small and large audiences.
- Strong written and oral communication skills for executive and technical presentations and demonstrations.
- Demonstrable experience selling to mid-size and large customers.
- Basic knowledge of hacking and exploitation tools and methodologies, detection evasion techniques, malware, and anti-malware solutions.
- Preferred experience in computer forensics, security architecture, penetration testing, red teaming, or incident response.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50 percent.
