Base Salary
$129k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, diagnosing business challenges and designing solutions.
- Lead discovery sessions to identify integration requirements and associated risks.
- Translate customer needs into structured solution designs and documentation.
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex integrations using iPaaS platforms.
- Build and configure automated workflows and data synchronization patterns.
- Design and implement API-based integrations using REST/SOAP protocols.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
- Lead enterprise-scale data migration projects from source analysis through cutover.
- Develop and execute migration test plans to ensure data integrity.
- Build and maintain cutover and rollback plans, managing migration risks.
- Work with structured data formats and apply scripting for transformation tasks.
- Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and create training materials.
- Proactively troubleshoot and optimize integration solutions post-deployment.
- Establish monitoring and alerting patterns for live integrations.
- Build deep expertise across Wrike’s product suite and integration capabilities.
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases and process improvements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Technical Implementation, or a related role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven track record delivering complex SaaS implementation projects.
- Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms such as Workato or MuleSoft.
- Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs and JSON data structures.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and validating relational data.
- Experience working with large, structured datasets.
- Scripting experience in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Demonstrated experience leading data migration projects.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
