Responsibilities
- Advise customers on integration, migration, and data strategies that improve business outcomes and measurable ROI.
- Lead discovery sessions and translate customer requirements into solution architectures, data mappings, transformation specifications, and migration runbooks.
- Design, build, and deploy complex integrations using iPaaS platforms, REST and SOAP APIs, OAuth2, SAML, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
- Lead enterprise data migrations, including ETL design, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, testing, cutover, and rollback planning.
- Build automated workflows, triggers, synchronization patterns, monitoring, and alerting with error handling, retries, deduplication, and rate-limit management.
- Create technical documentation, user guides, administrator runbooks, training materials, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Troubleshoot, test, optimize, and support integration and migration solutions after deployment.
- Serve as an internal technical resource and contribute reusable assets, knowledge-base content, and delivery process improvements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Technical Implementation, Post-Sales Engineering, or a related role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience delivering complex SaaS implementations involving enterprise integrations and large-scale data migrations.
- Hands-on design, build, and production deployment experience with iPaaS platforms such as Workato, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, or MuleSoft.
- Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, JSON, OAuth2, SAML, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
- Proficiency with SQL and experience working with large structured datasets.
- Scripting experience with Python, JavaScript, or similar languages for transformation, automation, and integration work.
- Experience leading data migrations involving field mapping, ETL logic, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
- Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau and with data governance, PII, and regulated-environment considerations.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, ServiceNow, command-line tools, infrastructure automation, enterprise workflow domains, or AI/ML and LLM-based workflow automation.
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving skills.
