Responsibilities
- Lead multiple mid- to large-size and complex Oracle Cloud consulting projects.
- Lead Oracle SaaS requirements workshops, solution architecture and design discussions, and full implementation lifecycles.
- Create overall technical and functional Enterprise Cloud solutions using Oracle Cloud Applications.
- Design PaaS extensions, write functional specifications, and develop custom applications and integrations with Oracle Cloud Applications.
- Analyze current systems and data to identify requirements and needed enhancements or modifications.
- Lead, mentor, train, and guide Oracle Cloud application implementation teams.
- Map enterprise requirements to multiple Oracle SaaS applications and resolve implementation and integration obstacles.
- Develop long-term client strategies and serve as the primary client point of contact.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and changes to clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Engage stakeholders in estimation and solution-value discussions and present quantified business cases.
- Collaborate and negotiate with third-party vendors and suppliers for required hardware, software, or services.
- Monitor implemented solution performance and recommend updates, upgrades, or modifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Engineering.
- MBA, relevant master's degree, or PhD is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an Oracle Functional consultant, including 3 or more years in ERP Cloud solution design.
- Expert-level experience implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud implementation projects and upgrades.
- Experience with Oracle PaaS, particularly Integration Cloud Service and Database Cloud Service.
- Knowledge of Web Services and Oracle Cloud-delivered SOAP and REST Web Services.
- Expert consulting and business analysis experience covering requirements documentation, fit-gap analysis, business process design, conference room pilots, functional configuration, and ERP solution testing.
- Expert-level experience with one or more of Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle Project Portfolio Management Cloud, Oracle Supply Chain Management Cloud, Oracle Manufacturing Cloud, or Oracle EPM Cloud.
- Experience guiding clients through business process improvements and working with cross-border and diverse teams.
- Understanding of month-end close, consolidation, planning, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
- Accounting experience including chart of accounts redesign, financial reporting, MultiOrg, and multicurrency implementations.
- Ability to write functional specifications based on user requirements and independently manage client expectations.
- Strong communication, presentation, organizational, project management, business development, strategic vision, executive presence, mentoring, and coaching skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Preferred consulting experience in a similar professional services or strategic industry role and previous experience working in IT companies.
