Base Salary
$128k - $173k/yr
Responsibilities
- Conduct business and technical discovery with customers to identify AI/ML solutions, architectures, and use cases.
- Drive multiple complex customer AI/ML solution design projects from inception through proposal or quote.
- Provide data-driven recommendations that identify dependencies, gaps, risks, and program-success measures.
- Architect enterprise AI/ML solutions involving predictive analytics, natural language processing, computer vision, and generative AI.
- Perform cost-benefit analysis and Total Cost of Ownership assessments for AI/ML information systems.
- Collaborate with Agile teams to integrate AI/ML designs with system architectures and DevSecOps pipelines.
- Address model governance, explainability, monitoring, responsible AI, data, security, and operational-performance risks.
- Present complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-level AI/ML solutions.
- Proven ability to lead multiple parallel, complex customer AI/ML solution design projects.
- Experience proposing and architecting solutions involving predictive modeling, natural language processing, computer vision, or generative AI.
- Experience conducting rigorous cost-benefit and Total Cost of Ownership analyses.
- Expertise with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Hands-on experience with AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, and Google Vertex AI.
- Knowledge of data engineering, feature pipelines, training workflows, CI/CD, and DevSecOps deployment patterns.
- Understanding of model governance, explainability, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
- Ability to pass a security background check.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred for complex AI model design work.
- US citizenship is not required.
