Responsibilities
- Consult customers on GPU infrastructure and AI platform usage.
- Lead customer onboarding, training, and early-stage implementation.
- Design and implement Proofs of Concept, including environment setup, data processing pipelines, and deployment workflows.
- Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Support performance optimization, troubleshooting, fine-tuning, and solution validation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across infrastructure, networking, automation, security, and AI services.
- Develop automation concepts to improve services, processes, and operating models.
- Apply reliability, scalability, and security best practices throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Support monitoring, observability, and capacity planning for AI workloads and GPU utilization.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience designing and delivering systems based on IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
- Experience with GPU-based infrastructure.
- Solid knowledge of Kubernetes container-based technologies.
- Expert knowledge of Python or Bash scripting.
- Expert knowledge of Ansible, Salt-stack, Terraform, and Helm automation and deployment tools.
- Expert knowledge of CI/CD in Kubernetes environments and repository management.
- Expert Git automation experience with GitHub, GitLab, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
- Strong experience with Linux OS.
- Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, and other monitoring and visualization tools.
- English proficiency at B2 level; German is an advantage.
- Good communication, analytical thinking, teamwork, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Basic project management and leadership skills, plus intermediate quality management skills.
