Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end architectures for enterprise customer journeys, agentic commerce, back-office automation, multi-agent systems, and intelligent search.
- Define reasoning loops, tool and API execution, dynamic SOP retrieval, advanced RAG, and multimodal extraction, and build prototypes to validate customer journeys and search flows.
- Architect compliant solutions using VPC Service Controls, IAM, CMEK, data residency, and AI safety boundaries.
- Integrate Google Cloud AI with CRMs, CCaaS and telephony platforms, e-commerce backends, and ERPs.
- Define technical blueprints for transitions to FDE, PSO, and partner teams, and create reusable solution accelerators, whitepapers, and playbooks.
- Partner with enterprise architects, engineering leads, and C-level stakeholders while relaying field feedback to Product Engineering.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role or software engineering role working with cloud-native architectures.
- 2 years of experience building, prototyping, or deploying Generative AI, Conversational AI, or Enterprise Search/Information Retrieval solutions using modern AI APIs, models, or developer frameworks.
- Experience writing and debugging Python or another modern backend language, including REST APIs, asynchronous operations, and OpenAPI specifications.
- Experience presenting architectures and managing technical discussions with enterprise technical stakeholders.
- Preferred experience developing autonomous agents with Google ADK, LangGraph, and Semantic Kernel.
- Preferred expertise in enterprise RAG optimization, hybrid vector retrieval, semantic search, ranking engines, and Vertex AI Search.
- Preferred experience building agentic shopping workflows with product catalogs, dynamic pricing, and order management backends.
- Preferred knowledge of tool execution patterns, MCP, OpenAPI schemas, and integrations with CRM, ERP, and e-commerce APIs.
- Preferred knowledge of cloud security perimeters, Terraform infrastructure, distributed tracing, and hallucination evaluation.

- Spain base pay is €124000–€127000 EUR, plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
