Responsibilities
- Own technical pre-sales for complex client engagements involving global payments and financial products.
- Advise customers and internal teams on integration approaches, system configuration, solution design, and implementation expansions.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable architectures and recommend API and third-party connector integration blueprints.
- Troubleshoot integration challenges and guide customers through complex configuration decisions without primarily writing code.
- Create documentation, playbooks, and lightweight tooling to support integration-heavy use cases at scale.
- Feed customer integration feedback to Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders through pre-sales, go-live, and early optimisation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Finance, Engineering, or Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in technical pre-sales or managing complex, multi-stakeholder technology or financial-services implementations.
- At least 8 years of client-facing delivery or professional-services experience in SaaS, fintech, consulting, systems integration, or enterprise implementation.
- Demonstrated success delivering cross-functional projects involving C-level executives, technical teams, and operations stakeholders.
- Exceptional written, verbal, communication, presentation, steering-meeting, status-reporting, and influencing skills.
- Preferred: hands-on experience with API-based payments integrations or products.
- Preferred: experience managing strategic or enterprise engagements within broader account teams while protecting technical quality and scope.
- Preferred: ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
