Responsibilities
- Use PLM technical expertise across the full solution delivery lifecycle for clients in multiple industries.
- Gather client business needs, processes, and user personas and translate them into fit-for-purpose PLM solutions.
- Architect, configure, customize, deploy, and technically lead PLM implementations.
- Ensure PLM solutions meet functional, non-functional, integration, and cost-of-ownership requirements.
- Work with program leadership to maintain technical delivery and business stakeholder communications.
- Support Industry X growth through skills enablement, asset development, methodologies, and thought leadership.
- Mentor, coach, and transfer knowledge to develop the next generation of technical talent.
Requirements
- Experience deploying, installing, configuring, or customizing Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE, Siemens Teamcenter, SAP PLM, or another PLM toolset.
- Expertise in PLM business capabilities and integration architectures related to ERP, MES, and EAM.
- Direct client delivery experience across multiple stages of the delivery lifecycle.
- Deep technical understanding of PLM modules, features, architecture, deployment, configuration, extension, and customization.
- Experience architecting and technically leading PLM solution implementations.
- Strong analytical, solution-oriented, systematic, critical-thinking, and complex-requirements synthesis skills.
- Ability to apply thought leadership and drive high-quality outcomes.
- Experience supporting mentoring, coaching, and continuous knowledge transfer.
