Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and technical delivery for complex project modules from problem definition and requirements through architecture decisions and implementation guidance.
- Shape enterprise and solution architectures spanning applications, APIs, cloud platforms, data, infrastructure, security, and resilience.
- Advise clients on technology trade-offs, architecture recommendations, roadmaps, and transformation priorities.
- Define and evaluate AI and GenAI architecture approaches, including models, platforms, agentic patterns, deployment, integration, governance, and build-versus-buy decisions.
- Prototype and validate AI-enabled architecture choices using modern AI development tools.
- Lead and guide architects, consultants, and client technology teams while supporting colleagues’ growth.
- Contribute intellectual leadership by sharing expertise and translating emerging technologies into practical client solutions.
Requirements
- About 8–10 years of relevant experience in technology architecture, solution design, cloud architecture, or technology consulting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment, navigate ambiguity, and adapt to changing client priorities.
- Pragmatic, curious, and structured approach to complex challenges and emerging technologies.
- Confidence communicating complex topics to senior business and technology leaders and building alignment around decisions.
- Strong ownership, collaboration, and leadership skills, including mentoring and developing colleagues.
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning, experimentation, and the practical application of AI in organizations and technology teams.
