Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of BPM/Pega projects while ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary contact for business and IT leadership stakeholders.
- Drive solution design with Enterprise and Solution Architects.
- Manage and mentor multidisciplinary distributed teams of developers, architects, and analysts.
- Oversee technical delivery across Java/J2EE, REST APIs, Kubernetes, cloud, and BPM platforms.
- Improve Agile delivery practices and govern planning, execution, risk management, and delivery tracking.
- Coordinate reviews, testing strategies, and defect resolution to maintain quality.
- Support pre-sales activities, RFPs, and practice growth initiatives.
- Drive AI and GenAI adoption within BPM processes and enterprise workflows.
- Align delivery execution with business goals and measurable value realization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT delivery with strong exposure to BPM, Java, and cloud ecosystems.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs or multiple projects.
- Strong technical background in Java/J2EE, REST APIs, microservices, Kubernetes, containers, and distributed systems.
- Experience with Agile delivery models, including Scrum and Kanban, and the full SDLC lifecycle.
- Experience engaging senior technical and non-technical stakeholders and leading global distributed teams.
- Mandatory English proficiency; Spanish is desirable.
- Pega platform or other BPM tool experience is desirable.
- Banking or enterprise digital transformation experience is desirable.
- Solution architecture and design governance experience is desirable.
- AI or GenAI integration experience in enterprise workflows is desirable.
- Pega, Scrum/Agile, SAFe, or cloud certifications are desirable.
