Responsibilities
- Lead customers and internal teams toward the best technical solutions for ERP projects.
- Design scalable, secure, resilient, and maintainable solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and legacy Dynamics AX.
- Collect information, analyze requirements, solve problems, and provide technical and operational support.
- Lead enterprise-scale ERP implementations involving integrations, ISV solutions, and complex technology ecosystems.
- Support pre-sales activities, solution envisioning workshops, effort estimations, architecture reviews, and proposal development.
- Define technical standards, architecture governance, and best practices for enterprise solutions and emerging technologies.
- Evaluate, design, and integrate AI-powered capabilities within ERP and enterprise business solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor architects, developers, and consultants.
- Collaborate with business leaders, enterprise architects, engineering teams, delivery managers, and executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and legacy Dynamics AX implementations.
- Deep expertise in X++ development, solution design, integration patterns, and enterprise application architecture.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale ERP implementations with multiple integrations, ISV solutions, and complex technology ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of Azure, Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, DevOps practices, and enterprise architecture principles.
- Experience designing scalable, secure, resilient, and maintainable solutions aligned with business and technology strategies.
- Experience evaluating, designing, and integrating AI-powered capabilities into ERP and enterprise business solutions.
- Experience with pre-sales support, solution envisioning, effort estimation, architecture reviews, and proposal development.
- Strong consulting, stakeholder management, communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-oriented outcomes and act as a trusted advisor.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, mentor and coach technical professionals, define standards, and foster continuous improvement.
