Responsibilities
- Embed with corporate-function teams to understand work, build trust, and identify high-value AI and automation opportunities.
- Translate business needs into secure, scalable designs combining deterministic automation, integrations, AI assistants or agents, durable workflows, and human decision-making.
- Build AI-enabled workflows, applications, APIs, and integrations using approved enterprise technologies.
- Test, deploy, support, and operationalize production solutions with attention to security, reliability, observability, data quality, maintainability, exception handling, and ownership.
- Measure cycle time, effort, quality, adoption, and operating cost, and continuously improve solutions using operational data and user feedback.
- Create reusable components, integration patterns, reference architectures, and platform capabilities for future engagements.
- Communicate prototypes, recommendations, and technical trade-offs to business and technical audiences.
Requirements
- Hands-on engineering experience delivering enterprise workflow automation, integrations, AI-enabled applications, or data-driven solutions into supported production use.
- Practical experience with generative AI, workflow automation, or agent-development platforms for business-process improvement.
- Strong programming or scripting skills and experience with APIs, structured data, system integrations, and stateful or event-driven workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and delivery skills when working with business and technical stakeholders through ambiguity.
- Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, listening, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Preferred: experience supporting corporate functions through automation and process improvement.
- Preferred: experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Microsoft Graph, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, or comparable technologies.
- Preferred: experience designing durable, stateful workflows with Azure Durable Task, Durable Functions, Azure Logic Apps, or comparable orchestration frameworks.
- Preferred: familiarity with Model Context Protocol, AI gateways, MCP gateways, agent tool integration, enterprise knowledge and search, or document intelligence.
