Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of Agentic UI experiences across mobile and web channels.
- Design and implement A2UI capabilities that dynamically render and adapt customer experiences based on intent, context, and journey state.
- Build reusable React, React Native, Android, and iOS components for AI-powered customer journeys.
- Own frontend platform capabilities from architecture and design through implementation, adoption, production deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Develop shared frameworks, libraries, tooling, automation, and best practices to improve engineering productivity.
- Partner with Product, UX, Accessibility, Architecture, AI, and Platform teams to deliver intuitive and trusted customer experiences.
- Contribute to platform strategy, engineering standards, innovation initiatives, developer experience, release processes, observability, and operational resilience.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, security, accessibility, and governance standards.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, secure coding, risk management, and control strengthening.
Requirements
- Strong experience building scalable, high-performance cross-platform mobile and web applications.
- Expertise in React Native, React, Android, and iOS.
- Experience designing and maintaining reusable frameworks, shared libraries, UI component systems, A2UI capabilities, and developer tooling.
- Strong understanding of mobile and web architecture, accessibility, performance optimization, platform governance, and software engineering standards.
- Experience integrating AI-powered or agentic experiences with customer-facing applications.
- Experience with Python for automation, prototyping, tooling, or AI/ML integrations is desired.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, influence stakeholders, collaborate across functions, and guide team members through complex assignments.
- Ability to manage risk, support governance, communicate complex information, and contribute to strategic technology initiatives.
