Responsibilities
- Define and implement scalable front-end architectures for complex data- and AI-driven applications using AG Grid and modern visualization libraries.
- Set technical direction, define front-end roadmaps, and drive architectural improvements for system scalability and maintainability.
- Develop high-quality UIs and optimize performance through techniques such as Core Web Vitals improvements and bundle-size reduction.
- Establish coding standards, conduct rigorous code reviews, mentor engineers, and promote technical ownership.
- Design monitoring and alerting strategies using Grafana and other monitoring tools to diagnose bottlenecks and maintain application stability.
- Lead collaboration with Product, UX, and Backend teams to deliver integrated features and predictable roadmaps.
- Drive cross-browser compatibility, accessibility compliance, component-library architecture, and resilient handling of AI loading, fallback, retry, and optimistic-rendering states.
- Promote responsible AI-assisted development by reviewing and validating generated code against quality, testing, and security standards.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive front-end development experience delivering and leading large-scale, complex UI projects.
- Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, modern JavaScript, framework internals, and front-end performance techniques.
- Experience with GraphQL, React Apollo, Zustand, and efficient data-architecture design.
- Experience configuring and optimizing build pipelines with Vite or Webpack and managing monorepos with Lerna or similar tools.
- Excellent debugging skills across the stack and experience resolving production issues.
- Experience mentoring senior and mid-level engineers and defining technical roadmaps for front-end architecture.
- Preferred experience owning CI/CD pipelines and designing component libraries with SCSS/Sass and Tailwind CSS or similar styling solutions.
- Preferred experience driving application analytics and user-behavior tracking with Google Analytics or Pendo.
- Proficiency with Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI-assisted development tools and the judgment to validate generated code.
- Experience building interactive data visualizations and dynamic or generative UI components for API or AI/LLM responses.
- Strong plus: familiarity with streaming responses, SSE/WebSockets, and agent-, tool-, or MCP-style backends.
