Responsibilities
- Build and maintain frontend applications using recent React experience.
- Support full-stack development with .NET/C# and API development.
- Work with cloud technologies, containerized deployments, and deployment workflows.
- Use or contribute to CI/CD pipelines, particularly with GitHub Actions.
- Explain AI-generated code, justify implementation choices, and evaluate alternative approaches and trade-offs.
- Provide candidate screening feedback including evaluation results, strengths, weaknesses, and completed assessment insights.
Requirements
- Strong, recent React experience is required and is the highest-priority skill.
- Full-stack experience with React and .NET/C# is highly desirable.
- Understanding of cloud fundamentals, preferably AWS, and containerized deployments is expected.
- Experience with Docker/containerization is expected.
- Next.js, Python, monorepo environments, DevSecOps, SRE, observability, and AI-driven development tools are preferred.
- Candidates should demonstrate Senior Engineer to Staff Engineer capability; some positions may require Tech Lead or Lead Engineer experience.
- Candidates using AI coding tools must be able to explain generated code and defend implementation decisions.
