Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade PEGA applications and reusable components.
- Create and maintain PEGA class structures, application layers, and enterprise class designs for scalability and maintainability.
- Develop and configure case management workflows, business rules, decision tables, user interfaces, data pages, data transforms, and data models.
- Implement and manage integrations using REST, SOAP, Kafka, MQ, and other enterprise integration technologies.
- Design database connections, external database mappings, and data access strategies.
- Optimize application performance and follow PEGA best practices and guardrails while collaborating with stakeholders, architects, and development teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on PEGA application development experience.
- Strong knowledge of integration, database connectivity, data pages/data tables, and class design.
- Experience with PEGA Guardrails and application performance optimization.
- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
- PEGA CSA and CSSA certifications are required.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience designing PEGA applications, case management workflows, business rules, integrations, database connections, and PEGA data architecture.
