Base Salary
$200k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to identify AI opportunities.
- Lead efforts in maintaining SOC-2 Compliance.
- Drive the technical direction for AI-enabled features across the platform.
- Define technical specs for features and ensure alignment between teams.
- Establish architectural patterns for scalability and reliability.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor team members.
- Engage in code reviews and design discussions.
Requirements
- Experience scaling startups from Seed to Series B in an engineering role.
- Deep expertise in one area with the ability to work across the full stack.
- Hands-on experience with technologies like React, Node.js, and AWS.
- Strong expertise in backend systems and DevOps is a plus.
- Experience leading small teams and maintaining code quality.
- Familiarity with integrating LLMs or computer vision models is advantageous.
