Responsibilities
- Design, construct, test, and deploy cloud application solutions integrating cloud-based and traditional infrastructure.
- Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure and platform environments.
- Create and validate proofs of architecture for feasibility, security, performance, and robustness.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of cloud technologies to improve platform reliability and scalability.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex operational issues.
- Provide technical solutions applicable across multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, provide influencing and advisory support, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of professional experience.
- At least 6 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering.
- Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure deployment and management.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting.
- Ability to monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Deep technical knowledge, influencing and advisory skills, and experience making or contributing to team decisions.
