Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, build, test, and automate business and technology solutions involving the RCO and RAY platforms.
- Perform individual technical builds, testing, documentation, issue analysis, and solution implementation.
- Create and maintain technical, architecture, automation, release-note, and operationalization documentation.
- Contribute to baselining, configuration management, technical artifact implementation, environment planning, sizing, refreshes, patch cycles, and communications.
- Resolve production issues through Level 2 or escalated support models.
- Follow technology processes, workflows, internal governance, compliance requirements, and code-of-conduct policies.
Requirements
- University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Approximately 10 years of software engineering and processing-workflow experience related to RCO/RAY.
- Proficiency with software builds, objects, and architecture components in Oracle-SQL, Unix/Linux, and Windows environments.
- Working knowledge of scripting, batch automation, scheduler software, especially Control-M, and job-process analysis, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Working knowledge of DevOps pipeline artifacts and tools including Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Confluence.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, communication, organization, coordination, and self-initiation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficiency with AI tools for software engineering and documentation is an advantage.
