Responsibilities
- Guide technical discovery, demos, workshops, and validation activities to improve technical win rates.
- Coordinate the technical evaluation process for proofs of concept and solution design.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to shape account strategies for new business opportunities.
- Advise customers on modern software development and connect practices to business outcomes.
- Build tailored demos and presentation materials that reflect customer-specific use cases.
- Support Account Executives with technical discovery and objection handling.
- Develop reusable technical workflows to accelerate customer evaluations.
- Share customer feedback and insights with product management and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Proficiency with the end-to-end software development lifecycle and DevSecOps practices.
- Hands-on experience with GitLab or similar CI/CD tools and collaboration platforms.
- Practical knowledge of cloud computing, deployment patterns, and security concepts.
- Ability to guide technical evaluations and contribute to tenders or audits.
- Skill in explaining technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience building trusted relationships with customers and advocating for their needs.
- Interest in improving technical evaluation quality through reusable assets.
- Openness to candidates with transferable experience from related technical roles.
