Responsibilities

Land an end-to-end value proposition for web security and performance across Cloudflare's product offerings.
Empower customers in their security adoption journey by helping them define a secure strategy.
Architect necessary security controls aligned with Cloudflare's Security and Performance product suites.
Work closely with Account Executives to educate prospective customers on achieving success with Cloudflare.
Apply technical knowledge to design security solutions that meet business, IT, regulation, and compliance needs.
Act as the Voice of the Customer to share insights and best practices with Global Engineering and Product teams.
Maintain long-term trusted adviser relationships with customer peers and collaborate with the Customer Success team.

7+ years of experience in a pre-sales Solutions Engineering role.
Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with senior security executives.
Strong problem-solving skills to address customer security, compliance, and data protection challenges.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to various audiences.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to solving customer challenges.
Ability to understand customer business objectives and leverage technology solutions effectively.
Experience in cloud computing, preferably with a strong background in AWS or GCP.
