Responsibilities
- Build out storage and retrieval infrastructure for the Aggregates Platform.
- Ensure ingestion pipelines and detection algorithms can handle billions of data points daily.
- Maintain a large-scale data architecture with low latency requirements.
- Work on projects focused on scalability, reliability, and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with customer teams to understand use cases and scale requirements.
- Participate in the hiring process to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
- Attract talent through effective demonstration of strengths during interviews.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of overall software engineering experience.
- Experience with building and operating distributed systems at high scale.
- Familiarity with streaming data systems like Kafka, Spark, or Map/Reduce.
- Knowledge of large-scale data storage systems such as DynamoDB, Aerospike, or Redis.
- Strong understanding of best practices in software development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
