Base Salary

$107k - $154k/yr

Responsibilities

Define and deliver Spotify’s AI developer experience by authoring agent rules.
Enable dynamic context lookups through MCP-backed context services.
Contribute to skills and workflows for repeatable agent behavior.
Build and improve the TechDocs platform experience and related tooling.
Create easy-to-adopt developer tooling, including CLI-driven onboarding.
Debug and resolve issues across the stack from local environments to CI pipelines.
Take operational responsibility for team-owned services and tooling.
Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver scalable improvements.
Promote sound engineering practices such as testing and clear documentation.

1+ years of experience with TypeScript and Node.
Experience building or consuming GraphQL and REST APIs.
Familiarity with distributed systems and search design patterns.
Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience shipping features end-to-end.
Experience with containerized tooling and debugging local vs CI environments.
Clear written communication skills for structured documentation.
Experience building tools or platforms for other engineers is a plus.
Familiarity with developer portals, plugins, or internal platform tooling is a plus.
Experience with MkDocs or docs-as-code workflows is a plus.
Exposure to GCP services related to artifact storage or content delivery is a plus.
Experience with AI-assisted tooling or agent frameworks is a plus.
