Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements.
- Conduct architecture reviews and platform assessments.
- Build trusted relationships with customer architects and stakeholders.
- Design end-to-end architectures across various platforms.
- Create solution blueprints and technical roadmaps.
- Evaluate customer environments and recommend modernization strategies.
- Ensure solutions follow best practices for scalability and security.
- Own the technical solution during the sales cycle.
- Develop and deliver product demonstrations and POCs.
- Contribute to RFP/RFI responses and architecture diagrams.
- Translate technical topics into clear value propositions.
- Partner with delivery and engineering teams for solution alignment.
- Mentor junior solution engineers and support knowledge-sharing.
- Provide market feedback to influence product roadmaps.
- Support go-to-market initiatives and industry events.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices.
- Develop reusable solution patterns and technical collateral.
- Represent the organization as a trusted technical advisor.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in solution architecture or technical leadership.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Proven experience with data platforms and analytics.
- Strong understanding of AI/GenAI data workflows.
- Ability to design high-level and detailed architectures.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities for complex solutions.
- Experience running demos and technical evaluations.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in creating dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
