Responsibilities

  • Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient software applications and systems.
  • Participate in architecture and design reviews for scalable, reliable, and maintainable cloud-native SaaS products.
  • Contribute to the GenAI lifecycle, including data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Review code, provide feedback, and promote observability and engineering best practices.
  • Build testable software and automate testing using appropriate tools and design patterns.
  • Triage customer issues, debug defects, and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Monitor service health, address incidents, collaborate on resolutions, and perform root cause analysis.
  • Use and contribute to continuous integration and continuous delivery processes.
  • Mentor teammates on technology concepts and design best practices.
  • Track emerging technologies and champion improvements to team innovation and productivity.

Requirements

  • Graduate or postgraduate education in Computer Science with at least 60% throughout academics.
  • At least 5 years of IT experience and more than 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java.
  • Experience with software development practices and design patterns.
  • Familiarity with GitHub and JIRA.
  • Basic understanding of cloud technologies and DevOps principles.
  • A proven record of building and shipping successful software products and services.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Preferred: experience with Terraform, GitHub Actions, AI/ML, GenAI, MLOps, LangChain, LangGraph, SQL, MongoDB, MSSQL, Postgres, PyTest, PyMock, xUnit, GCP technologies, Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
