Responsibilities
- Fine-tune and deploy open-source general-purpose LLMs and code-generation models using PEFT, LoRA, QLoRA, instruction tuning, and RLHF.
- Design autonomous, goal-driven AI agents that plan, reason, and execute multi-step workflows.
- Implement function calling so models can invoke external tools, APIs, databases, and services.
- Build agentic retrieval-augmented generation pipelines for dynamic data retrieval and reasoning.
- Create and maintain data ingestion, labeling, feature engineering, vector database, and MLOps pipelines.
- Containerize applications with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Optimize and monitor model latency, drift, bias, privacy, security, and overall performance.
- Collaborate with data, product, and engineering teams to translate business needs into agentic GenAI solutions.
- Stay current with agentic reinforcement-learning frameworks, multi-agent orchestration, MCP, and secure function calling.
- Analyze documents and images to extract insights from unstructured data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, ML/AI, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions with demonstrable production experience.
- Extensive experience fine-tuning LLMs and code models with PEFT, LoRA, QLoRA, and RLHF.
- Proven experience designing or delivering agentic GenAI applications involving function calling, autonomous workflows, and RAG pipelines.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with document and image analysis and extracting insights from unstructured data.
- Strong infrastructure skills with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLOps tooling.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, system-optimization, error-mitigation, and security skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
