Responsibilities
- Identify business challenges with clients and contribute to client deliverables.
- Design and develop AI/ML models and AI-driven enterprise applications.
- Lead development of LLM-powered chatbots, copilots, and AI agents.
- Architect and implement RAG solutions and enterprise knowledge retrieval systems.
- Integrate AI models with Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, and SCM applications.
- Build and deploy AI solutions using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Azure, and AWS.
- Create technical designs, solution flows, architecture diagrams, and deployment documentation.
- Develop reusable assets and components, identify root causes, and implement technical solutions.
- Translate business requirements into high-level and low-level designs and technical implementations.
- Support process reviews, lifecycle best practices, troubleshooting, system customizations, and complex client engagements.
- Discuss technical and functional issues with executives, support teams, and customer personnel.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of technical experience and at least two end-to-end AI implementation experiences.
- Strong Python programming skills and hands-on FastAPI experience.
- Advanced understanding of machine learning algorithms and model optimization.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, GPT, open-source models, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and agentic frameworks such as LangGraph.
- Experience with vector databases such as Chroma DB and FAISS.
- Strong experience developing REST APIs and microservices, with knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics.
- Experience deploying AI solutions with Docker.
- Hands-on experience with at least one Oracle AI capability, including vector databases, Oracle AI Database, OCI AI services, or Oracle out-of-the-box AI features.
- Experience with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot.
- Exposure to AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices.
- Understanding of enterprise ERP-driven AI use cases and REST/SOAP integrations with Oracle backend applications.
- Ability to gather requirements, create design and deployment documents, research, learn, troubleshoot, and support complex customizations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage concurrent workloads.
- Experience in CMMI environments, Azure AI Foundry models and services, Oracle Cloud reporting, data conversion, AI certification, integration tools, and multiple domains are advantageous.
