Responsibilities
- Produce solution or infrastructure deliverables using coding and programming skills according to project timelines and specifications.
- Code, debug, test, troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance moderately complex applications and systems.
- Capture user requirements and translate designs and solution architecture into technical specifications.
- Build custom AI agents using Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, plugin architectures, API function calling, Logic Apps, and Azure storage services.
- Design multi-step prompt workflows, RAG solutions, task-based or role-based intelligent agents, and responsible AI implementations.
- Design and implement Azure solutions using Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Azure SQL Database, Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure AI services.
- Fine-tune and optimize AI models, develop custom tools for agents, and improve model outputs through prompt engineering.
- Integrate AI-powered capabilities into full-stack web applications and collaborate on production model deployment.
- Monitor Azure AI costs and resource utilization, track emerging technologies, and promote development and operational best practices.
- Follow code review, unit testing, continuous integration and delivery, MLOps, security, and technical design standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree.
- At least 4 years of experience with Azure, .NET Core, Python, and Microsoft 365 products.
- At least 2 years of experience developing generative AI applications using Azure OpenAI.
- Proficiency in C#, Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Azure SQL Database, Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure AI Studio.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI technologies, OpenAI, large language models, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG applications.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React or Angular for full-stack web application development.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, cloud-native development, microservices, containerization, and cloud application security.
- Knowledge of Logic Apps, Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Docker, and Kubernetes is desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, prioritization, and independent-working skills; consulting or professional services experience is preferred.
