Responsibilities
- Design, develop, debug, test, troubleshoot, and deploy scalable Azure and generative-AI applications.
- Build custom AI agents using Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, plugins, API function calling, Logic Apps, and Azure storage services.
- Design multi-step prompt workflows, RAG solutions, and task-based or role-based agents using responsible-AI principles.
- Integrate Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, custom tools, and AI models into full-stack web applications.
- Fine-tune and optimize AI models, monitor Azure AI costs, and improve resource utilization.
- Translate requirements and solution architectures into technical specifications and maintain and enhance existing systems.
- Collaborate with data scientists and machine-learning engineers to deploy AI models into production.
- Follow software-development best practices, including code reviews, unit testing, CI/CD, and MLOps.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- At least 4 years of experience with Azure, .NET Core, Python, and Microsoft 365 products.
- At least 2 years of experience developing generative-AI applications using Azure OpenAI.
- Proficiency in C#, Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Azure SQL Database, Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure AI Studio.
- Hands-on experience with generative-AI technologies, OpenAI, large language models, prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and RAG applications.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular for full-stack web development.
- Understanding of cloud computing, Azure infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud-native development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and independent-working skills.
- Preferred experience with Logic Apps, Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, and cloud-application security.
- Professional-services or consulting experience and strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite are preferred.
