Responsibilities
- Build and enhance DEX software services by integrating AI models to derive insights.
- Define architecture and develop new features using Python and C# .NET.
- Design and implement common APIs, high-availability database systems, and distributed system integrations.
- Continuously integrate, build, and deploy containerized solutions from test environments to production.
- Optimize software for scalability, performance, security, stability, and efficient operation.
- Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers on solutions involving AI models and LLMs.
- Monitor technical developments and propose improvements to tools, algorithms, and architecture.
- Guide, assist, coach, and mentor junior engineers on software development practices.
- Advise product owners on feasibility studies and delivery estimates.
- Communicate with customers to analyze and resolve product defects and support major implementations.
Requirements
- University degree in information technology, computer science and engineering, or a related subject.
- At least 6 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong Python and SQL skills; C# .NET experience is secondary.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, Databricks, ADO Pipelines, Azure services, and Azure Cognitive Services.
- Experience making architectural decisions for large-scale distributed systems and integrations with applications and user interfaces.
- Strong focus on scalability and performance, including validating predictable growth under increasing workloads.
- Understanding of Clean Code and design patterns for object-oriented programming.
- Foundational understanding of prompt engineering and transformer-based architectures.
- Knowledge of TypeScript, React, or C++ is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Co-pilot, end-user computing, log analysis, anomaly detection, and correlation is a plus.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
